Pears in ....Lime, of course!
Thought I'd keep the lime color theme going...
This is for DTGD08Natasha from DTGD over at SCS last week.
I used Bic Mark Its to color the image and covered them with 2 layers of Sakura glaze.
There are 3 clear dew drops in the top left corner...and a row of 6 under the horizontal panel.

Mmmm....Limeade!!
After yesterday's big news, I was in the mood to make something limey! LOL!

Cream of the Crop!
I just LOVE this Gardener Flopsey set from My Favorite Things! I finally inked him up!
This is for this Sketch from Creative Ideas by Katharina for a Guest Designer spot for Whiff of Joy. I rotated the sketch 90 degrees to the right.
All polka dot papers are from the Kitchen Collection by A Muse.
I paper pieced Flopsey's outfit and ran a clear spica over it for some shimmer.
The big carrots and little veggies on the signs are covered with a Sakura glaza pen for some shine. I traced the 'metal' wheelbarrow with the Sakura stardust pen and added a silver brad to the wheel.

Simple, Clean and Crisp!
This is for the JulieHRR challenge over on SCS for the DTGD '08!!
I love how this turned out...simple, clean and crisp!
I embossed a scalloped rectangle around my sentiment with my nesties.
The fuzzy flowers are actually ribbon...I got a yard at Archiver's and cut them apart.

Elegant Chandelier

This is for DTGD08JODY.
I LOOOVE this ribbon! Got it at my FABULOUS LSS, Rubber Stamp Fantasy in Marietta, GA. (<--- that place ROCKS) I finally got the nerve to cut into it!
I just thought the style went with the image.
The design on the ribbon, dp and embossing are all very similar.
I used a clear spica and sakura stardust pen to trace around the gold embossed chandelier for a little added sparkle.

I used my crimper!!
I don't use my crimper enough!!
I saw a card at my fabulous LSS that had a little lantern on it, here's my take!
I cut a circle using my MS circle cutter, cut off equal parts from the top and bottom and crimped!
The hanger is wire and I used black satin ribbon for the tassel.

Owl Gang

Guava Saffron Birds
This is for CC174: Groovy Guava, Barely Banana, Chocolate Chip
...I did swap out barely banana for so saffron...
I was so excited to get ink on this stamp! I just got it recently. I totally love the Inkadinkado birds.
I did faux stitching with a white gel pen. There is a taupe rhinestone in the sentiment.

Rain, Rain...come to Georgia!!
We soooooo need rain down here in GA!!
This is for AP08HELLE. Make a black and white card with a splash of pink and some bling.
My bling is the pink rhinestone buckle on her belt.
The raindrops, puddle, Lisa's boots and hat are covered with the sakura glaze pen.
Her umbrella is covered with crystal effects.
The light from the lamposts are shimmering with a lemon spica.
The sentiment is embossed in white.

More Chocolate
Hmmm....there seems to be a theme lately ~ chocolate!!
This is for July08MFTA2
I pierced around the scallops and the top of the ruby red strip. And, used the Fiskars threading water twice: on the bottom of the ruby red strip and the bottom of the blush blossom.
I thought the swiss dots embossing complimented the pierced dots.
I used a Sakura glaze pen on the chocolate and the flowers on the chair. I went over her dress with a clear spica for a little sparkle.
