There was a pajama party last night on SCS at the Stamping Bella forum for some new releases!! Go check out the Cilla Rose Collection! There are also coordinating sentiments. I just love the thinking chair, the hanging sign.....etc!

More AMuse

Here are the last 2 cards from the AMuse class.

Aren't the cards fabulous?! I can't wait to see what Michelle has in store for the Elzybell class!

Again, more of that awesome white Sharpie marker and the ever wonderful Copics. I'm loving the 4 Copics I have so far, they are different than 'normal' markers as they are alcohol ink. What this means to me ~ no streaking! You can blend them with their colorless blender pen to achieve an amazing 'watercoloring' look.

White Sharpie ~ I have not idea where to tell you to go find one. Rubber Stamp Fantasy has been trying to order these three times now but suppliers can't keep 'em in stock! I'm on their waiting list!!

ETA: The cuckoo clock card is a window card!

All stamps, notecards, ribbon, twinkles are AMuse.

Here are 3 of the 5 cards from an AMuse class I attended Saturday at Rubber Stamp Fantasy. That store is AMAZING!!! If you are within driving distance, it is a MUST SEE! They have everything...and will demo anything!
Michelle Clark was the instructor and she is a sweetheart! She's hoping to teach an Elzybell class soon, watch her blog for dates!

See the white dots on the scallops of the first two cards??? That is with a white Sharpie ~ That is one fabulous marker! RSF has ordered one for me.

Isn't 'da bomb' card a cutie?! I just love how the sentiment is all glittery!

I'll post the other two cards tomorrow!

Brrr...it's getting chilly down here in Georgia! It may even sleet tonight!

Thought it'd be a good day to share these three cards I did back in December for a drawing on Confessions of a Stamper. To be entered in the drawing you had to follow the posted sketch, blue and brown color scheme, winter theme, and 5 layers or more.

For the penguin card, that was the first time I inked up that little guy! His tummy is coated in Dazzling Diamonds!

I got to use my new Sizzix alphabars (that I got on clearance at M's for only $9!!!) on the Brrr card...

I Met a Famous Stamper!!

OhMyGosh ~ I met a famous stamper Saturday!!

Ok, let me start at the beginning... A few weeks ago I won some amazing blog candy from Michelle Clark's Sparkle Designs. Between our emailing of getting my address to her and all I found out she lives not too far from me and will be teaching an AMuse class at Rubber Stamp Fantasy which is right here in Marietta on Jan 26th!

On Saturday, DH and I decided to go check out the store....it is AMAZING!!! If you are within a few hours, it is SO worth the drive! It is a HUGE store. I saw so many stamps and supplies 'in person' that I had only seen on line before: AMuse, Elzybells, COPICs, etc. And the owners are Fabulous! They'll show you how to do anything!

Anyway ~ So we're standing in from of the AMuse stamps and there are some COPICs there and I tell DH, these are COPICs I've been wanting to try!!! This innocent bystander next to us says, oh, they're great....so I look over and ask her to tell me what she knows about them. Well, I notice she's holding a Starbucks cup with Michelle written on it....my brain starts putting two and two together... It's Michelle Clark! She is such a dear! She showed me the AMuse stuff, COPICs...etc. It was so much fun!

So, this card is going to Michelle in today's mail! These are my first AMuse stamps. I also got the oval that AmyR uses so fabulously all the time.
Ok...I think I'll become addicted to AMuse and COPICs....

Recipe:
Stamps ~ AMuse
Paper ~ AMuse notecard, Very Vanilla, Basic Black
Ink ~ Versamark, Basic Black, COPIC ciao BG10 Cool Shadow

This is the perfect Bella for my cousin who is an Artist! I can't wait to send this to her next month.

The paint on her palette and the tip of her brush have Crystal Effects. I've also placed 5 clear Dew Drops on the designer paper over some of the round dots. Her outfit is paper pieced with SU dsp.

I took the picture at an angle hoping it'd show the dimension of the dew drops.

The gorgeous SU Charbon designer paper is from blog candy I won Nancy Riley's blog iStamp! I absolutely LOVE this paper and never ordered any so I was thrilled to find some in the amazing paper stash she sent me! THANKS SO MUCH NANCY!!
