I had to play with the squares a little but this is what I came up with:

I used Unity's Hey Chick kit for this card. LOVE those chickies!
I added Yellow (a great yellow-green/pale lime color) and Silver Rhinestones to the tail.
I also added rhinestones to the bottom right corner.

The ribbons on the chickie panel are 3/8" white satin and green rick rack.

At the top right are two primas from the Essentials 4 Dude pack and a FUN glazed brad from the Basic Grey Lime Ricky Glazed Brads pack.
...Matches fabulously with the the FUN chickie paper I used from the Basic Grey Lime Rickey 6x6 pad.

Limelight Papercrafts Project Day!

It's the 6th of the month so that means that the Limelight Chicks have some creations to show you!
Our theme this month is SUMMER!

So... summer... made me think of vacations!
...which led me to a 'Stuff' Notebook, bag tag and gift card!

As you're planning your summer activities, picking up brochures, etc...you can make notes in this little notebook!

The front of the Notebook (from Michael's $ bin) is covered with my current favorite Basic Grey 6x6 Paper Pad ~ Offbeat!


I embellised with the FABULOUS Basic Grey Hip Chipboard Mini Monograms.....I just colored them with a bic mark it!
AND, these are adhesive-backed!
I added some Basic Grey Buttons and lots of Ribbons ~ 3/8" White Satin, 3/8" Green Stiped, Green Rick Rack, and Parakeet Tulle.

Inside the notebook I made a few pockets!


I just did these two, because the person this is going to is a Papercrafter so I want her to be able to cutomize it to her needs.

Next up... a bag tag!

As you go about your summer activities I'm sure you'll be dragging along some bags!
Dress 'em up with some tags! These are plastic badge holders from WalMart.
(I plan to put this on the bag I take every month to Stamp Club!)

Lastly, I have the card that I'll put with the Notebook when it goes to it's new home:

I sprayed the card (and everything!!) with the new Shimmerz Spritz in Bamboo Leaf!
There is a nice shimmer in person.
