I just had to try it myself! It is 4 scalloped circles folded in 1/2 and then glued together.
Recipe:
Stamps: Curvey Verses, Soft Swirls
Paper: White, Creamy Caramel, Close to Cocoa, SU dp
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Versamark
Accessories: brown brads, scallop circle punch, corner rounder
