The scalloped panel is popped up and then the crab is popped up on that. There is crystal effects on their eyes!
It's not showing up in the pic but the kraft panel under the linen thread is crimped.

Jen, this is so cute! Love how you used the crab and the one in the bucket too! Super adorable, love the colors, twine around the kraft bg and even though I can't see it, I think that is such a cool idea to crimp the paper! I bet it's even more fantastic irl! TFS!
