...and YOU can VOTE! Of course, you don't have to vote for my card, there are some cute ones there.

Scroll down past the 3 rows of recently added cards. The next batch of cards will be the ones in the contest.
Above them on the right you'll either register or if you already have an All That Scraps login, you can log in.

After you register you'll get an email confirmation, you'll need to click on a link in the email to confirm.
Ok...so back to the link above...now you can login where before you hit register. Once you are logged in, it'll take you to a page that lists the galleries. Click on the CC Designs Contest one.
Scroll down past the recently added cards to the contest cards. Now you will see 'vote' under the cards. Click on the one you want to vote for, you may only vote once.
