HAPPY BIRTHDAY MANDY!
I used Unity's Suzi Blu Queen of Glitter stamp...
but I only inked the part I wanted by using a marker.
She is paper pieced with papers from the Basic Grey Green at Heart 6x6 pad.

I 'strung' the banner with May Arts Natural Burlap String.

I added some White Bazzill Tulle along the side,
used some more May Arts Natural Burlap String to tie on a Basic Grey Button...
then glitzed up the button with Silver Rhinestones.
Then I dressed up the crown with Hot Pink Rhinestones!
